Where are ya'll located?

We are located in SW Oklahoma. Our lodge is about an hour from OKC and about 50 minutes north of Lawton.
What should we bring?

For our waterfowl hunts you really only need comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather. Waterproof or resistant is highly recommended. Waterfowl hunts are completely all inclusive so everything from ammo to shotguns are provided by Mallard Bend. You are more then welcome to bring your favorite shotgun and we will have ammo in 12 gauge, 20 gauge and 28 gauge. We also have waders for those of you who are flying and do not want to bring them in your luggage. For our big game hunters we have suppressed rifles that we prefer to use although not required. Clothing recommendations will be the same as waterfowl. It's Oklahoma and we have no idea what the weather will do! Could be sunny and 80, might snow so be ready.
Do ya'll offer private or corporate hunts?

Yes. We offer private and corporate hunts. Our lodge is set up for a max of 10 hunters with additional accommodates for your "day job" such as conference calls and meetings. Mallard Bend is also a great place for family vacations or reunions, and team building with outdoor events and activities year round. Please reach out to find out more!
What is the max/min to book a Waterfowl hunt?

Our lodge can accommodate up to 10. If you have a smaller group, please contact us and we can see what we can do. We may be able to fit you with one other group to maximize the hunting experience. We pride ourselves on never combining more than 2 groups to maintain group safety and cohesion.
Do ya'll clean birds?

Absolutely, we are a US Fish and Game certified processor and we offer cleaning and packaging for transport home. Game will still need final processing at a facility of your choosing. We do have preferred processing in OKC if needed.
Do we need to drive to the hunts?

No, we offer transportation to and from all hunts. Once you've arrived at Mallard Bend you will not need to get back in the drivers seat until you're headed home!
Do I need ammo for dove hunting?

Yes, Please bring plenty of ammo. We recommend #7 or #7 1/2 is great.
Are there any casinos nearby?

Yes and we would love to take you there! We can organize a casino night for you and your group just let us know and we will do what we can to make it happen.
Are deposits refundable?

All deposits are non-refundable. We do understand that medical and family emergencies happen. We encourage our clients to call us ASAP, we are human, and we can work with clients in most circumstances.
