Customer service is our number one priority. If you or anyone in your group has any special requests or needs please reach out to us asap. We are more then willing to accommodate to the best of our ability. We can not control the weather or the animals but we can control the experience you and your group have while you're here at Mallard Bend.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
All payment and customer information is confidential. Your privacy and safety are above all else. From bookings, personal information, payment info to safety throughout your stay.
We have CPR certified personal on site, AED's in the lodge and on hunts. We also require our guides to carry a basic trauma kit in the field.
PAYMENT METHODS
-All major Credit / Debit Cards accepted
- Offline Payments including cash and checks. Checks only accepted for deposits in advance.
-Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelations in advance may be able to reschedule to later dates pending availability.
